we cease our Buick, Pontiac, GMC Truck sales and service operations located
at 3200 Virginia Beach Blvd. As you know we have always been dedicated to providing

you that we are here to answer any of your questions and we will continue to

Who do I call with questions?
We have developed a special hotline please call 1-866-478-9892.
Where do I go for routine service?
(oil changes, brake work, tires, wiper blades, state inspections) Any Hall Automotive
location. We have 15 locations in Hampton Roads. Every Hall location has full
access to your service records so there should be no question as to what service
your vehicle may need.
How does Hall Automotive make my service experience easier?
• 14 Express Lube Facilities in Hampton Roads – get your oil changed while you
wait.
• Schedule your service appointments online – visit www.hallauto.com and schedule
you service appointment today.
• 42 Experienced Service Advisors – with full access to your vehicle history.
Where do I go for warranty service?
Any authorized General Motors dealer.
What will happen with Hummer?
Hummer Sales and Service will continue at Hall Hummer, 3252 Virginia Beach Blvd,
just 1/2 block west.
What will happen with GMC Commercial Trucks?
The commercial sales & service team will move to Hall Chevrolet in Chesapeake.
